Help With Job Application Forms
How many times have you clicked on an advertised vacancy to apply for online, looked at how in–depth the job application form is and given up before you have started?
We have had many clients tell us over the years how intimidating they find online applications and how they have either struggled through the process, not entirely sure if what they are saying is appropriate, or completely avoided it altogether.
Remember Kate? (see our CV page for further details) She was so impressed with the CV we created for her that she came back to My Job Guru to help her apply for a vacancy she was really interested in. The online application was particularly involved, so we arranged a personal one to one appointment with Kate where we guided her through the application. Kate was emailed to say her application had been successful and was called to an interview in London. When Kate attended her interview she was advised that the company had received over 3,000 applications. Spectacularly only Kate and one other candidate were selected for interview.
